Volunteering

  • Are you over 18, and would like to gain experience working with young people and in a brand new, state-of-the-art youth setting?

  • Do you want to improve your teamwork & communication skills?

  • Do you want to develop your CV?

Volunteering is a fantastic way to write your own future, develop and practice new and existing skills.

So, why don’t you, Take on a challenge – Getting involved in something new can be a real challenge.

Volunteering can help you achieve personal goals, develop new skills and practice your talents. Sometimes a volunteer experience can lead you to something you never even thought about or help you to discover a hobby or interest you were unaware of.

Be part of your community – volunteering can help build stronger communities, get involved in your community and feel part of something outside your family or circle of friends.

Meet new people – Getting involved as a volunteer will allow you to meet lots of different kinds of people and make new friends.

Develop yourself – If you are thinking about career development, about getting a job or returning to work, the experience you gain as a volunteer can be useful.

Have fun – Volunteering is an excellent leisure activity, most volunteers get great enjoyment from what they do – that’s why they keep on doing it.

Volunteering is a two way process – As a volunteer you will have your own motivations and reasons for getting involved.

At Caius House we will ask you about your motivations and try to meet your needs as well as ours. If you’re looking to give back to the community and want a place to do this then Caius House is where you need to be. We are recruiting new volunteers to join our team and help plan and deliver projects here at Caius House. We will provide training and support to all volunteers.

To apply all volunteers will need to complete a volunteer pack and if successful invite you along for an interview.

If you would like more information or would like a pack please contact us on 020 3818 6210.

All Volunteers will be required to undergo a DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check.

We look forward to hearing from you,
