Caius House Case Studies 2016

Johnny

Johnny has been a young person that has been known to Wandsworth Youth Services for a significant amount years who is familiar with Freddie and Kevin from previous youth clubs. Johnny has additional needs but he has never allowed that to affect his quality of life, fearlessly throwing himself into non-compulsory educational courses (currently studying a college level music production course) and taking on challenging projects (Johnny is currently in the process of completing his first short film).  Johnny makes the most of the Caius House resources, using the professional recording studio to complete college assignments, using the media equipment to direct and shoot his film and leaning on the staff to assist with homework, and more technically advance tasks.  Johnny is a very valued member at Caius and is always welcome.

Doniscesia

Doniscesia or Don-Don as she likes to be called, is a bright and enthusiastic member of Caius House that has found our services advantageous to her development. Don-Don is very passionate about music and singing so spends most of her time at Caius in the recording studio working on her chosen instrument, her voice!  She has improved through the aid of our vocal coach and continues to make leaps and bounds in regards to confidence and musical development.  Don-Don will do her first performance for Caius House at our next Live Lounge Music Event!

Anton

Anton was initially introduced to Caius House through a dance group with which he used to participate, and as a result he discovered our profession recording facility and immediately booked his first session to ‘spit some bars’! He was hooked, Anton fell in love with music to the detriment of dance, which unfortunately he discontinued. Anton has done well to stay focused living in the local area that puts all types of negative pressure on young men his age.  He raps about positive influences and his relationship with God through Christianity and has really blossomed through being able to express himself musically.
