At Caius House we offer yoga to all adults every Monday 10am-11am & 7pm-8pm.

It's hard to stay fit, focused and flexible in today's fast paced world. Few of us have the time or inclination to use the gym regularly, or the commitment to join a sports team. Yoga on the other hand offers a low impact, low commitment path to physical health, flexibility and mental clarity. Come on down and give it a try at our weekly mixed adult / youth yoga sessions.
